Change & Project Manager role for the firm's Corporate Global Sustainability team.
Project Management:
Support team planning and long-term strategy development. Organize team workshops, agenda, facilitation in partnership with the firms VP and Senior
Manager of Programs and Partnerships.
Identify and implement solutions to support 2025 plan and strategy, improve overall team effectiveness i.e., project management tools for tracking, dashboard of priorities,
projects, workstreams, meetings, milestones, and deliverables Change management.
Develop change management strategy to support adoption of new human rights due diligence framework and enterprise KPIs on human rights.
Partner with the firms team members to develop plans for engaging their relevant program stakeholders on the forthcoming changes and communicating what
is expected of stakeholders as we introduce new ways of working between Corporate and Segments.
Partner with team members to identify where capability building plans and tools are needed to enable strategy
Support the firms team to launch new systems and tools e.g., risk screening tool with stakeholders
Define and measure metrics successfully to monitor change and comms effectiveness, gather lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Project management of overall change strategy as well as workstreams in support of strategy and KPIs.
Scheduling meetings, agendas, notes, after action across HRDD (Human Rights Due Diligence) workstreams from weekly check ins to deeper in person workshops.
Build and manage project trackers and timelines for HRDD workstreams.
Tools Experience: MS Suite, Strong PowerPoint, Strong Excel, SMP, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams.
